Question... what the hell is the Alyona show? I really don't watch much television, just a few select guilty pleasures like "Lights Out" and "Californication" but I must really be behind when it comes to television.

Just thought of something... the burden of proof is on Sony... so when if you lose the case (still rooting for you). You need to request a supeona of all user account they have banned from PSN for "Unauthorized" software, specifically pirated software as those would be the only possible sales they have lost. Secondly, you also need to make them prove the "consumers" would have otherwise bought the software. Considering the statistics, they wouldn't have... Likely they possibly number a few thousand at most and on top of that the 100:1 download vs buy ratio, from articles like the one you posted before should help to work in your favor. Being that PS3 hacking is relatively new to the scene they can't sue for potential damages only actual damages. Please bring this up with your lawyers. Make them prove they have a reason to sue at all.
Excellent job, George! You've got to be the most personable hacker I've seen. The interview was excellent, and I'm glad I could play a small part and be along for the ride.

Good luck, I really do not like the idea what sort of world we would have if you lose in court. A world where corporations own their customers and the possessions of their customer. Who knows maybe even own the government. Seems like that is what Sony is trying to do. That and monopolize.
Want to know what I think is important? Freedom. What we were granted by the Bill of Rights, freedom religion, free speech, free press, free expression, due process, the right to carry, the right to form a militia in the case of corruption, freedom from quartering, THAT sort of freedom.
What is happening here to you is unconstitutional and I would be willing to fight for your freedoms even under penalty of death if I so need to. I would in such a case die a hero because I would have chosen to fight for what is right and I would have no regrets even if I was hated by millions because I know I would be fighting for what is right.
You are lucky it is just a court battle you face and not a war zone.

I did not see him on it anywhere but I assume that if he saw himself there he would not hate it even if he looked bad on it because it is creativity but Sony would still want to sue being the kind of tards they are.
another note: I believe that Since I have both a Genesis II (second released model) and Sonic the Hedgehog (Sonic1) in cartridge form, I have a right to hack sonic1.bin and smash it into an entirely new game and I am doing that right now and I do not see Sega suing me, lol.

The recent PlayStation hacks have caused particular problems for multiplayer The ability for one person to ruin people's games, they tend to hit multiplayer hardest. Does it concern you at all?

ok geohot i hope u have time to read this comment ,lately i supported u by donating 10 bucks lol atleast is something . now my ps3 is not working becaUSE of the new hardrive i put in and formatted the other with out knowing i would get 8002F2C5 - 8002F225 - 80010514 errors . is there a way i could fix it?

skyler you do realize that foxnews is a primarily conservative news network, and they believe that the people with the most money should have more of a say so because they contribute more tax revenue. Just hope you understand that this is a very liberal cause.
